Boil sago tapioca 1,5 dl/per liter ( I used lion brand from sri lanka) in oat ,rice or soy milk with cardemum and raisins until thicken (about 10 minutes) stir a lot ,add coconut cream slovly little at a time towards the end of the boiling , sweeten with Agave sirap , chill in glasses decorate with choice berrys ,serve cold.
