Vegan Hot cocoa

Ingredients
4 C non dairy beverage
2 cinnamon sticks
1/4 C unsweetened natural cocoa powder
50g/2 ounces dark chocolate (70 percent % cacao)
Vegan Hot cocoa
Instructions
Heat the non diary beverage with the cinnamon sticks in a pot and place on a medium heat
And bring to the boil. Then simmer for 10 minutes.
Whisk in cocoa powder and chocolate until it is foamy
Then pour into cups and serve.

    My version of hot cocoa: 3-4 tsp cocoa, 1-2 tsp carob, 1tsp lucuma, 1tsp maca, honey to taste, a pinch or dry ginger or cayenne peper, 1 cinnamon stick, water/milk. Heat up the water, poor it on everything, mix it with the cinnamon stick (actually, your trick to boil the water with the cinnamon is better).
    The taste is very much depending on the swetener, so a less strong fragrance of honey is better.
