Raw Beetroot and Carrot pickles

Recipe! can be used for  all raw vegetables such as  broccoli !

2 tsp Brown Mustard seeds  (rai na Kuria)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric  turmeric
1/2 tsp nigella seeds (kalonji)
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
 2 tsp Fenugreek seed
1 1/2 tsp coldpressed sesam Oil 
1 tsp Himalaya pink or black salt
2-3 cups vegetables into sticks or florets

mustard seeds are roasted in a pan so they pop, crush them  in a mortal add fenugreek   seeds in a mortar and crush it them together
mix with Hing and salt (Lime juice is optional
 1 teaspoon chili powder

the vegis you cut into sticks ! cauliflower  broccoli into small wedges, mix well,! keeps in the fridge for about 4 days!
